If you decide your BewellConnect device isn’t for you, BewellConnect will issue you a full refund on your purchase if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact BewellConnect Support by phone or email and the agent will issue you a return authorization number; please send your product back in the original packaging and full working order (no damages). Product must be mailed within 5 days of the return authorization number being issued. A refund will be issued once the product is received in our warehouse.
BewellConnect Corp. US also offer a 1 year warranty for a product found to be defective. If your product is still under warranty please contact Customer Support by phone or email for troubleshooting assistance. If we find that your device is in fact defective while within the warranty period, we will issue you a pre-paid return label to send your product back and issue a replacement upon receipt of the faulty device.
