If your device has stopped working and is still under warranty please contact Customer Service via the app, section "Contact Us" (top right of the screen), by email via support@bewell-connect.com or by phone +1-800-250-7170 for troubleshooting assistance. If we find that your device is in fact defective while within the warranty period, we will issue you a pre-paid return label to send your product back and issue a replacement upon receipt of the faulty device.
